Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief quality check at the time of pickup.
Reverse Pickup
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request, and a confirmation SMS will be sent once the package is collected.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
